Play On kicks off the year with two intimate shows in the beautiful surrounds of the Grainger Museum, Parkville.
Join us on Friday 15 March to hear clarinettist, composer and sound artist Aviva Endean play an original set created in response to the unique architecture and collection of art, scores and instruments housed at the Grainger Museum. Then on Saturday 16 March electronic producer and Naarm favourite, Cale Sexton, plays a down-tempo experimental set drawing on Percy Grainger’s expansive musical output.
These performances were made possible with support from The City of Melbourne, the Grainger Museum, Minimum Wines, Mountain Goat Beer and Heaps Normal.
The Grainger Museum is accessible for wheelchair users. If you have access questions please get in touch info@playonmusic.com.au
Play On acknowledges that this event takes place on the traditional lands of the Wurundjeri people of the Kulin Nations. We pay our respects to their Elders past and present. Sovereignty was never ceded.
